Individuals requesting mobile phlebotomy services must have a physician's order, unless the service involves a specialty testing kit that does not require one.

**We will do our best to secure the appointment date and time you request, however, appointments are booked to allow for efficient and accurate specimen processing.**

‼️After submitting your request for services, we will reach out via phone within 24 hours to confirm the details of your appointment. Please be prepared for the call. If we are unable to reach you after 48 hours to confirm your appointment, the request will be cancelled. 

‼️For individuals requesting services, payment will be due after appointment confirmation. Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date to secure your scheduled service.
